Process:1) Spray a large skillet with Pam (do not heat yet)2) Rinse Pork Chops set aside.
3) In a glass plate - put 1/2 cup of flour together with spices
4) In a bawl whisk 3 eggs
5) Preheat the skillet (with PAM) over medium high heat (#6). 6) Use TONGS - Dip the Pork in Egg, and then in Flour (make sure it is all over), and then put in Skillet.
7) Cook first side for 3 minutes (or until the bottom is getting brown), then flip for another 2 min
8) Remove from skillet to a plate.
9) Reduce the heat to 5. Add frozen onions. Spray over with PAM, keep steering for at least 3 min.
10) Add BBQ sauce, spices, and anything else you want to create your sauce.
