Chicken in Jam



1 Cup Apricot jam
1 Tbls Soy sauce
1 Tbls ketchup 
1 Tbls honey
Chicken
1 onion cut to rings
Potatoes- cubed
Baby carrots
Salt and pepper

1.  Mix the first 4 ingredients to a paste
2.  Rub all over Chicken 
3.  Put the Chicken and rest of the ingredients in a freezer bag. 

When ready thaw overnight in the fridge.
In the morning put in crockpot for 8 hous on low.
