Chicken in Jam



1 Cup Apricot jam
1 Tbls Soy sauce
1 Tbls ketchup 
1 Tbls honey
Chicken
1 onion cut to rings
Potatoes- cubed
Baby carrots
Salt and pepper

1.  Mix the first 4 ingredients to a paste
2.  Rub all over Chicken 
3.  Put the Chicken and rest of the ingredients in a freezer bag. 

When ready thaw overnight in the fridge.
In the morning put in crockpot for 8 hous on low.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 lbs pork butt/shoulder
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 4 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 large onion - sliced thin
  • BBQ Sauce (optional) We prefer Sweet Baby Rays

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except onion in bowl, rub onto pork. Place onions and pork in a gallon sized freezer bag, seal bag and place in freezer. When ready to use thaw overnight. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred pork with 2 forks, add BBQ sauce if preferred.





Oreo Nutella No-Bake Pie





Crust:
24 Oreo cookies
1/3 cup melted mutter

Filling:
1 jar (13oz) Nutella
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz whipped topping or whipped cream

Decoration:

Whipped Cream
Chocolate Shavings

1. Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Spread mixture over pie pan. Refrigerate crust while making filling.
2. Mix Nutella, cream cheese, and whipped topping until smooth. Spread mixture over pie crust.
3. Decorate the pie then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. The pie can also be served frozen.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Drumsticks (At least 12) (or any other cut)
  • Mom’s Spice
  • Russet Potatoes (12 if small)
  • Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper

Description

** Preheat Oven for 350, and One Hour

Baked Potatoes - Part 1
1. Wash  Potatoes well
2. Poke with Fork
3. Season with Salt Pepper and rub a little Olive Oil
4. Put in Microwave for 10 Min uncovered
Chicken Drumstick in 1st Pan
1.  Put Foil on pan
2.  Wash Chicken, and put mom's spice on it
3.  Pour 1/4 cup water in pan
4.  Cover with another Foil
Baked Potatoes - Part 2 - in 2nd Pan
1. Cover Each Potato with Aluminum Foil (shiny side in)
2. Place in Pan

Put both pans in Oven for 1 Hour on 350.
